The21st century are the knowledge economy times, along with the world economics integration aggravating, in the intense market competition, the HR have become enhances the enterprise core competitive power, relate the organization directly the survival and the development. The career management is an important and forward-looking part of HR management, it can form to the talented person drove continually, forms the humanist enterprise culture, establishes the benign enterprise interior personnel training mechanism, trains and detains the talented person, makes the human resource value increasing.This paper first introduced the background and the significance, have summarized the importance of career management for staff and organization, and summarized to the professional interest, the professional anchor and so on theories, expounded the relationship between the organization and staff career management. Next, described and analysis the situation of the HR and career management for the northwest lubricant sales branch, pointed out the importance and the necessity career management. Afterwards, according to the analysis result, has designed the career pathway to the management and sales person, and forms the integrity the career management plan. Finally, has carried on the appraisal to the plan, points out the superiority and the deficiency of the plan.At present, the career management of the sales branch is not completely, under this premise, this paper has researched the career management plan, and designed the career pathway for different careeners, finally realizes the win-win goal.
