Case Study On Project Management Mode Of Bonded Oil-warehouse In Dalian

The choice project management mode is a very important problem for the investors, different modes means different types of risk. In recent years, project management modes have been developed, there have been many new project management mode, there are many management modes in combination.As these advanced management concepts and approaches are gradually introduced into China, now the new project management mode of choice is getting to the table.This article describes the project of bonded oil-warehouse in Dalian. The project takes the self-management mode. This article takes comprehensive study of this mode, combined with the implementation of the project management issues arising in the course of this mode exist in the implementation process are analyzed. This article is having a brief exposition of the history of the development of project management, detailing the self-management mode, EPC mode, PMC mode and PMC+EPC mode. In this paper, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish a management decision mode selection, the use of Fuzzy Complementary Judgement Matrix method to calculate the weight of decision index to a comprehensive evaluation of the management mode, and for similar projects in Dalian.By comparison of the four management mode and analysis, project management mode in the new oil-warehouse of choice, recommended PMC+EPC mode to analyze the organizational patterns of the mode, operation mechanism to construct modes based on PMC +EPC solution program. And on this basis, the development of this mode suggested.In this paper, the theoretical research and practical method of combining the cases, the results of case studies and concrete design, with some theoretical and practical significance.
