Accompany with the rapid development of national economy, the construction business which act as one of the pillar industries plays a more and more important role. Exploring the new-type project management mode, which makes our country be placed in an invincible position in the international rivalry, as well as, promoting the whole project management level and effective competition ability are given close attention by the nation, association and business.As the partnering mode's effective application on the construction project management in China to the breakthrough point, this thesis launches the study to the risk sharing question under the partnering mode.1) Summarizing the research achievements about partnering mode, and then, combining with the state of nation, this thesis proposes the improved partnering mode possessed Chinese special feature, whose embodiments are partnering mode's understanding principle, combination method with the common project management mode and suitable partnering agreement;2) Aiming at the present situation of risk management, learning the theroy of harmonious management theroy, and combining the risk management knowledge, the harmonious risk management theory is put forward, whose idea is "a team, a goal", characteristic is "risk partaking, revenue sharing";3) Identifing and analyzing the whole life cycle's risk factors, as well as, according to the principles and methods of risk sharing, the shared risk factors of project participants are qualitativly analyzed. Thereafter, on the basis of the analysis about contract's structure, type and linear programming theory, cost plus fee contract's incentive model, which is suitable for partnering mode, is builded; besides, the risk sharing management mechanism, which take contract system as a centre, is established. And then, making use of the method of subjective and objective weighting and fuzzy mathematical analysis in system engineering theory, risk sharing coefficient calculation and correction model are seted up and validated by project cases; 4) Bringing forward practical suggestions to applying improved partnering mode, which includes three aspects of introducing principle, basic work and precautionary problems.The research on project risks allocation theory and method under improved partnering mode, which provides ideas and references to project participants' risk sharing, as well as, offers support and advice to partnering mode's popularation and application in China.
