| The Post Evaluation is an important component of overall-process investment management, which also is the important means for achieving virtuous circle of investment in the fixed assets.It is helpful for improving the skill of investment management in fixed assets.Across to the post evaluation,we can find whether it have rationality about project initiation or not,and whether it is clear and confirm about preliminary design or not.Also we can see whether it exists lost or added parts.At last,we could check the rationality about cost control in the item process. Across to the financial benefit,we can evaluation the significance of the project initiation and implement.In order to improve the effort of post evaluation,this paper start the research from the content and method, linking the oil-field 100000 ton calcined coke project.from the project initiation to implement of investment management,which have an overall evaluation about the project.We can judge whether it is rational of the item management process or not by evaluating every item.Because of the excess amount in investment of the project,we could find the exact item existing problem by comparision.At last,we could summarize the broad rule from the barber case,which is helpful for improving the investment management skill and financial benefit.At first,it represents the aim and significance of the research,and analyses the research method and route,and introduce the basic facts,investment scale,running condition,financial benefit and problem existing in the investment management.Second, it evaluates the overall process of investment management in use of the present post evaluation method from the earlier stage of project,preliminary design and instruction process to the investment financial benefit, we could find out the reason of outcontrol investment.At last,conclude the lessons learned of the project management and form the post evaluation conclusion,which reflect the dynamic integration between theory and practice. |
