Project Post-Evaluation Of Telecommunication Enterprise Operation And Maintenance Management System

The main purpose of telecom enterprises to use information technology is to provide support for business operation and market competitiveness.However,with the extensive construction of regional data centers and the expand of IT systems as well as the increasingly complex of IT systems,telecom enterprise IT service management level is gradually behind the show.This requires further support for business operations,thus the optimization of IT systems has become an urgent need for telecom enterprise.The operation and maintenance management system can support the informationization of the telecommunication enterprise.The optimization of the operation and maintenance management system will help the improvement of the IT system performance of the telecommunication enterprise,and provide better support for the business and management.Now more and more operation and maintenance management system optimization project continues to carry out,how to maintain the success of the management system optimization projects is the key to achieve the operation and maintenance management system optimization projects.As an important part of project management,the role of post-project evaluation in project is becoming more and more prominent.To understand the project situation,timely adjustment and improvement of project management processes and methods,post-project evaluation can not be ignored.It is not only a summary of the work,but also through the post-evaluation feedback mechanism can be beneficial to the future operation and maintenance of the project management.This paper applies the theory and method of project post-evaluation to the construction of mobile operation and maintenance management system in Qinghai.Combining with the characteristics of operation and maintenance management system of telecommunication industry,this paper clarifies the principles,processes,methods,tools and utilization of post-project evaluation of operation and maintenance management system.Using logistic Framework Method,Analytic Hierarchy Process,and YAAHP software to analyze the experience and lessons from the five aspects of the goal,process,benefit,impact and sustainability,puts forward some countermeasures to project management.The results of this study have certain guiding significance for similar projects in the future.
