Tourism industry as the primary source of foreign exchange earnings has become the world's most socio-economic indicators of industrial in many countries . With the rise and the rapid growth of tourism and hospitality ,it highlights the urgent needs of tourism management management talent, so tourism education should not only pay attention to personnel training in the "quantity", but also should pay attention to "quality".Therefore, colleges improve the education model, and try different educational methods to achieve this goal, combining with mechanism for teaching practice and the tourism and hospitality industry, training management personnel to meet the business needs.On the basis of literature review,this article found that teaching practice-based research currently, using a literature review to establish the theoretical framework, some graduates to practice as the research object, implementation effect or study satisfaction by questionnaire survey, and more for the quantitative study, although has the breadth but the nature research lack of the thorough analysis. The main purpose of this research lies in understanding the intrinsic stratification plane content in the teaching practice process, for example: feeling, opinion, experience and so on.This study through in-depth interviews investigated 05,06 graduate interns which from Liaoning and Inner Mongolia Normal University ,seven students were interviewed. Through the collation and analysis of interview,concluded:1.The result showed practice for Students of Tourism Management problems encountered by: the work of adjustment, emotional adjustment, interpersonal, living environment adaptation and so on. The most frequent problem of adaptation tothe work of adaptation and interpersonal highest.2.Practice for Students of practice affect the effect of factors including pre-internship preparation, internship content, practice environment, practice unit case, student teachers, the students themselves, social support, etc. The preparation prior to, and the effect of social support and the highest proportion of student internships.3.Students practice on adaptation and the effect of factors affecting students outside the analysis of practice, finally, the results of important provide students, schools, industry and other relevant units proposed, the professional practice as school improvement, development of manpower policy, the industry reference, then the school system and the industry needs to achieve balance, create schools, students and the industry-win situation.
