| Personnel training is the key in the development of tourism industry. In response to the increasingly fierce competition in the international tourism market, the tourism enterprise set a higher request to the knowledge, the ability and the quality of the talented person day by day. Along with the swift and the violent development of the tourism industry, cultivating a competitive staff in this field has become an urgent and rough task for all advanced colleges with Tourism Management, which proposes the stern challenge to the higher tourism education, and the teaching model of Tourism Management Major in university is imperative to reform.This article has consulted in the massive correlative literature foundations, sums up the definitions and classifications about the theory of teaching model, and analyses the employment situation of the current tourism management students to reflect on the existing problems in traditional teaching model of China's Tourism Management Major. This paper combined the PBL teaching model with experience teaching model and entrepreneurship education ideal,and put forward a more scientific new model,hope that through this new teaching model inject new vitality into the China's traditional tourism education, and enhance the Teaching Quality of university's Tourism Management Major . This article focuses on the strategic concept of this new teaching model, and introduce the construction, operational analysis, the superiority and the defects of this new model in details. I hope it will play a role in the reform of China's colleges and universities Tourism Management professional education. |
