Alienation of science and technology destroy the nature,dominate the human beings and prevent social developement.This article is trying to find the root of the alienation of science and technology by discussing the technological itself,human beings'and social factors and points out factors of natural attributes of technology,human beings'rationality and irrationality and social polity,economyand culture contributes to sci-technological alienation.The problem is how to overcome the alienation of science and technology and keep the development of science and technology in accordance with that of nature,mankind and society..It is a problem we have to deal with. This article is trying to find two ways to overcome the alienation of sci-technological. First,we should construct human spirits to achieve the integration of humanism and scientism, attrack the instrumentalization of technological ration and its pragmatist tendency ,aliminate the trend of valuing material and technology and belite mentality and humanism .Second,we should practice the concept of scientific development of people oriented to achieve the unification of science and value,ideal and reality.It is a key to overcome the alienation of science and technology.
