The development of technology brings humanity unparalleled material wealth and spiritual wealth. However, the technology is not only a beneficial magic weapon without disadvantages to mankind. Any coin has two sides, the results of scientific and technological development isn't the exception. Alienation of science and technology is already threatening to human's survival and development, but human beings are living a way of science and technology which have enabled human to have a great reliance on science and technology, the human cannot solve alienation of science and technology through giving up them. The only way to solve Alienation of science and technology is to digest it.Angles to analyze the roots causes alienation are different from scholar to scholar, so many ways is found to solve the problem of alienation, such as from the internal point of view of science and technology, from the external point of view of the environment, from the point of view of human and so on. This dissertation put the relativity between value of science and technology and alienation of science and technology as the entry point, to illustrate the dialectical relationship between the development of science and technology and the value of science and technology from two sides that development of science and technology and its social impacts are the main factors to format value of science and technology, and value of science and technology influence the development of science and technology. This dissertation hold the view that alienation of science and technology is a natural phenomenon of the development of science and technology, and it affects options of value of science and technology, value of science and technology also lead the trend of alienation of science and technology. On that basis, the dissertation firstly analyzes utilitarian value of science and technology and its impact on science and technology, then analyzes the alienation of science and technology to nature, social and human from three aspects: the unbalance between value of human and value of nature, the unbalance between economic value and ecological value, and the unbalance between utilitarian value and humanistic value. It is necessary to turn the utilitarian value of science and technology to sustainable development value of science and technology to digest alienation of science and technology. Sustainable development value of science and technology is criticized and inherited to utilitarianism value of science and technology. It inherits utilitarian nature and has its own sustainable nature. Under the guidance of sustainable development value of science and technology, digest scientific and technological alienation to nature by achieving unification of value of science and technology to human and value of science and technology to nature, digest scientific and technological alienation to society by achieving unification of value of science and technology to economy and value of science and technology to ecology, digest scientific and technological alienation to humankind by achieving unification of utilitarian value of science and technology and humanistic value of science and technology to ecology.There is a long and complex process to digest the alienation of science and technology and to turn around utilitarian value of science and technology. We should have confidence and patience to carve out the way of sustainable development.
