The Evaluation Research On The Sustainable Competitiveness Of Construction Machinery Enterprises

Under the current conditions which the external and internal environment of enterprises change quickly and the competition between enterprises become more harsh,in order to ensure the sustainability of competitive advantage and to achieve the enterprise's long-term development,the topic of how to foster the enterprise's sustainable competitiveness has became an important issue in the field of management in recent years.As one of the important pillar industries in national economic development,construction machinery industry's sustained and rapid development has important significance to promote the development of other industries and to the progress of our national economic.Based on the above reasons,this paper select the evaluation of China construction enterprise's sustainable competitiveness as study object.Through the use of management,corporate strategic management,statistics,mathematics and other basic knowledge,and base on analyzing the theory of sustainable competitiveness in detail,we tried to build a evaluation index system of construction machinery enterprises.Then, we will select one of Changsha construction machinery enterprises as an example to carry out empirical study.Finally,in order to promote the sustainable development of our national construction machinery enterprises,this paper intend to put forward some tactics for the consutruction machinery enterprises to foster sustainable competitiveness.Firstly,this paper explores the scientific contenet, main features and elements of enterprise's sustainable competitiveness.We hold that there are differences between the enterprise's sustainable competitiveness and the enterprise's core competitiveness.In addition to the general characteristics of valuable,difficult to imitate and non- transactional,the enterprise's sustainable competitiveness has characteristics of persistent,dynamic,open and system integrated.Enterprise's sustainable competi- tiveness constituted by the following seven elements:strategic resources, management mechanism,learning ability,creativity,strategic planning ability,dynamic and coordinate organizational ability,and corporate values. These seven elements interrelated and interact,they constitute an important entirety,so each of them is indispensable to foster the enterprise's sustainable competitiveness.Then,this paper has studied the present development status of China construction machinery industry.Meanwhile,under the guidance of the basic principles which to build the evaluation indexes of enterprise's sustainable competitiveness, combined with the basic theory of enterprise's sustainable competitiveness and used the method of expert advice and questionnaire survey, we determined the evaluation index system and evaluation method of construction machinery enterprise's sustainable competitiveness.Furthermore, we selected one of Changsha construction machinery enterprises as an example to carry out empirical study,provides guidance of method for analyzing and evaluating China construction machinery enterprises'sustainable competitiveness.Finally,according to the evaluation index system of construction machinery enterprises'sustainable competitiveness,conbined with the present development status and main issues of China construction machinery industry,this paper puts forward some tactics to foster China construction machinery enterprises'sustainable competitiveness from the perspectives of government and enterprise.
