Research On Index System Construction Of Construction Enterprise’s Core Competitiveness And Evaluation Based On SEM

With the in-depth implementation of China’s western development and the acceleration of the urbanization process,The construction industry has become a pillar industry of our country at this stage,competition of construction enterprise has become more and more intense,If companies want to remain invincible in the fierce market competition,companies must have a sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises themselves,it is core competitiveness of enterprises. So,the cultivation of construction enterprise’s core competitiveness become the focus of construction enterprise.Different scholars study construction enterprise’s core competitiveness from different angles.Them made a great contribution for the study of construction enterprise’s core competitiveness.Knowledge becomes the factor of production,with the advent of the era of knowledge economy.Intellectual capital has gradually become the main source of enterprise’s competitive advantage.So,this paper evaluate construction enterprise’s core competitiveness using structural equation modeling and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation modeling from the perspective of intellectual capital.First,this paper study construction enterprise’s core competitiveness by studying the literature of the core competitiveness of enterprises and construction enterprise’s core competitiveness.Second,this paper obtains logical relationship of intellectual capital and core competitiveness baseding on the theory of intellectual capital and core competence.Thired,based on the theory of intellectual capital,index system of enterprise’s core competitiveness is established using structual equation modeling with amos software,the modeling is tested through second-order confirmatory factor analysis.Evaluation model of construction enterprise’s core competitiveness is established using index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation modeling.Last,the core competitiveness of a construction enterprise in Hebei Province is evaluated,based on the evaluation results,this paper provides some feasible suggestions for the cultivation of core competitiveness of china’s construction enterprises.
