Research On The Evaluation And Test Of Sustainable Competitiveness Of Enterprises

Sustainable development of enterprises is the base of the sustainable development of a country. What enterprises faces today is not only the fierce market competition, but also the rising pubic public awareness of their rights, even further, great concern on environment protection safety health and sustainable development by the society government and medias.The internal power of sustainable development of enterprises is from its sustainable competitiveness. How to evaluate the sustainable competitiveness, text the scientificness, objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation system are new topics that have theoretical and practical significance.This paper puts forward the sustainable competitiveness evaluation index system of enterprises, based on the existing relevant theories about sustainable development of enterprises and in-depth analysis of internal mechanism of sustainable competitiveness of enterprises and the characteristics of the real estate industry. Using Chinese a-share listed real estate companies as samples, the sustainable competitiveness is calculated and ranked with the method of principal component analysis. Then, this paper uses grey relation analysis to test the evaluation index system.Finally, this paper summarizes the development of the sustainable competitiveness of real estate enterprise from three aspects:pay attention to resources layout and making resources strategy, improve innovation ability and actively take responsibility.
