Research On The Location Selection Of Distribution Network Node Of Urban Agricultural Product Logistics In Baotou

Nowadays, for many cities in china, there is the problem of the network layout for agro-products logistics, which has badly restricted the good development of the urban agro-products logistics. The research has showed that it is the key for establishing the quite fluent agro-products logistics network to select the proper locations for the network nodes of agro-products logistics. Using the correlative theories and methods,this paper studies two kinds of nodes of the future agro-products logistics network in Baotou city, which includes the distribution center type's agro-products logistics park and agro-products supermarkets(including the terminal markets).First, by the cluster analysis module of the statistical software SPSS13.0 and according to the principle of holistic purchasing convenience for urban resident, this paper makes the cluster analysis of the urban residential areas of Baotou and divides them into 28 kinds. Then, using the theory of barycenter, it figures out the bary centre of each sort of residential area. After that, the proper location of agro-products supermarkets in each sort of residential area can be established.Second, using the grey theory and the regress analysis module, this paper forecasts the per capita annual consumption of agro-products in urban households of Baotou and the number of population, and it gets the mathematical models of prediction and the numeral of prediction. On its basis, according to the mathematical model of space-time consumption method, the scale of urban distribution center type's agro-products logistics park of Baotou is forecasted, and the intending construction acreage of the park is obtained. The forecast of this part provides the essential foundation for the proper location selection of the park.Finally, the paper analyzes the meanings, principles and factors of location selection of agro-products logistics park, then it introduces the methods and procedures of location selection of the urban distribution center type's agro-products logistics park of Baotou. and based on the goal of the lowest total cost of social agro-products logistics, the paper establishes the non-linear, bounded and time-lapse location selection model of agro-products logistics park which includes the transportation cost,ground cost and construction cost. Making use of the genetic algorithm theory and the genetic algorithm tool in the MATLAB7.0, the location selection model has been optimized, and the optimization result is gotten. So the proper location of the park is confirmed.
