Since the Internet was introduced in China in 1994, the development of the Internet technology and the enterprises online have been brought into focus. Now the Internet industry has been growing up whose target is not blurry any more. The target focus on the ability that enterprises have to make more value for the Internet users who are the consumers of the Internet products and services and are willing to pay for products and services. Enterprises in the value of profits and users are able to maintain the advantage and sustainable development in the market.The Internet industry is an innovative industry and it is not lack of duplication. All the Internet companies survived after screening and elimination have a unique characteristic of non-replication, and they have the unique selling points. In other words, what the Internet industry value is the ability of enterprises to make money. It's the business model. Business model is the profitable core business logic. It's the logic that focuses on the usage of resources and integration of productive factors and competitive force. Here the business model is not only a conception, but also connection of all the operable factors. The concern of business model makes the Internet industry return to the nature of business activities, and makes the objectives of enterprises more clearly and more rational. To find a successful business model of enterprises complies with the development needs of the market. At the same time, it makes enterprises maintain vitality and the ability of sustained profitable growth in the renewal of new technology.Internet companies can not develop without Internet technology updates. The formation of Internet business model is inseparable from the drive and the impact of technology. For the Internet media, the emergence and development of Internet technology have changed the communication patterns, but also have fundamentally changed the way that the Internet media act. Technology affects the evolution of industrial structure and changes the connection among the value activities included by the value chain of Internet media. Technology is the support of Internet value chain operation. It is playing an important role in driving and promoting the process of the re-decomposition and combination of the value activities. The most important difference between Internet media and traditional media is that how the value activities are affected by the technology. Technology runs throughout the value chain. The technical features that Internet media have make them different from traditional media. All the value activities from the way of content creation, the form of resource integration, transmission channels to display terminals have undergone a fundamental change.Value chain was used as the basic tool to analyze business model in this paper which adopt several search approaches such as literature analysis, induction and case analysis etc. This paper described the conception of business model, value chain, Internet media and Internet technology and on the base of description the paper made the connection among the value activities of value chain clear and analyzed the process of the re-decomposition and combination of the value activities influenced by technology which has played an important role in driving and promoting this process. The paper based on the analysis of the value chain and value activities of Internet media, and according to the Internet industrial structure characteristic the paper analyze the business models of Internet media. In the end of the paper the author proposed several suggestions for current Internet media's operation by which make the paper and the analysis helpful to the development of Internet media.
