Year 2008 could be regarded as the tipping point of Mobile Internet industry in China. The loose regulation environment owing to the establishment of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, which clarified the strategy of co-development of industrialization and informationization, and industrial restructure both provide a more competitive environment for the Mobile Internet industry. Moreover, the successful business of models of iPhone launched by Apple, Gphone and Andriod platform created by Google, and Ovi platform provided by Nokia for its Internet strategy, as well as the marketing of MID by Intel, all shake the controlling status of mobile operators and more importantly push and change the future of Mobile Internet market in China. As the main player in the industrial value chain, however, mobile operators will not live with it. Conversely, they will take part in the competition actively and fulfill their destiny to be the leader of the industry continuously under new technology, business model and customer needs instead. This paper will analyze the development of Mobile Internet market in some advanced countries to research the development path of Mobile Internet in China and the cooperation and competition model as well as the strategy of operators employed the Industrial Value Chain Theory, Cooperation and Competition Theory and Game Theory.The main conclusions and innovation are below:1. Defined Mobile Internet based on summary of others' perspectives and my research.2. Thoroughly researched the development status of Mobile Internet globally, and analyzed the development model of industrial value chain and evolution of Mobile Internet market leveraging the Industrial Value Chain Theory.3. Researched the business model of operators and defined the business model concepts such as "pipe", "channel" mathematically.4. Analyzed the traditional and new competitive landscape in the Mobile Internet industry based on the mathematical method such as GameTheory, and concluded the direction of future Mobile Internet market.
