Human-oriented value management manage the process of value creation and value sharing, coordinate the owners of human capital as well as the relationship between personal values and the enterprise value, and ultimately maximize the value of individuals and businesses.Human-oriented value management model also needs a series of adaptive systems. Every department, every post should have its value, or it should be out. Every employee should first think about how to create value for others. Only is he able to create value for others, his value can be reflected. In human-oriented value management model, function departments are more like intermediary service institutions, while the productive sectors more like the collaborative production under market economy to strengthen the awareness and sense of competition, and to enhance the enthusiasm and the creativity of employees.
