In 2005, the Customer-Oriented Difference Strategy has been advanced by FUT Company which is based on diversification in its field,core-competition, as well as dream-pursuing of the company. Whereas, FUT Company is now being plunged into an embarrass situation for its new act because its pattern of Human-Resource Management cannot give effectively support.The theory and model of strategic Human-Resource management, which are founded on capability and created by Professor Snell, are the main analysis tools in this paper. After the writer's masses of work through on-site research and interview, detailed analysis on the field of software and the company's own competition advantages according to its choice of strategy, the core problem of lack of ability founded on strategy choice begin to surface. That is lack of Human-Resources ability. Then, the Customer-Oriented Human-Resource management pattern must be established in accordance with FUT Company's reality and now existing strategies. Moreover, the imminent problems, which are no reflection of Customer-Oriented job design and the strategic process from performance, as well as the disconnection of training and strategy, should be solved in a short time. The specific programs of Customer-Oriented Human-Resource management pattern include the changes of concepts to establish the "Service-orientated" organize culture, design of Customer-Oriented Performance Management System by using BSC, Changes in human resources management functions to support the management, design work, establishment of Customer-Oriented training system. The writer combined company and the most prominent contradictions of human resources management, focusing on how the combined FUT Company's actual need for further design work to establish a customer-oriented performance management systems and training systems.The main feature of this paper is to combine the management and human resources strategy against FUT Company and in-depth analysis of how to achieve the strategic human resource management model matching. However, due to various circumstances, the text still has many issues to be further studied and discussed.
