The Analysis Of Relationship Between Knowledge Sharing And Knowledge Creation Among Golf Club Employees

Since the early days of the twenty-first century, knowledge management hasgained the attention of many scholars, for it can improve the relationship betweenemployees and teams, so as to improve the organizational performance of enterprises.Knowledge sharing and knowledge creation as two important stages in the process ofknowledge management, have significant correlations with each other. Trust as one ofthe main factors of knowledge sharing, and also as an important element of the theoryof psychological contract, has occupied an important position in the relationshipbetween knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. Based on this, this paperselected golf club employees as the research objects, and took a research about therelationship between knowledge sharing and knowledge creation. SPSS software wasused for data collecting and statistical analysis, while AMOS software was used for fitanalysis and the model validation. It is concluded that psychological contract ispositively related to knowledge sharing, while trade trust as a part of this is negativelycorrelated to knowledge sharing. In addition, knowledge sharing has a positive effecton knowledge creation, while personal knowledge as a part of knowledge sharing isnegatively correlated to knowledge creation. And based on the findings, suggestionswere proposed to improve the organization welfares of golf clubs.
