Studies On The Construction Of Trust Mechanism In Family Business

After decades of development, part of the veteran in family business no longer meet the development requirements for various reasons.The family business have to introduce human resources from outside.At present,our traditional ethics and law-based system are both lack of trust.So, family business on the integration of human resources must be combined with the construction of the trust mechanism.The thesis sticks to the subject of building trust mechanisms within family firms,using principal-agent theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,equity theory as the main theoretical basis,and borrowing the existing research studies about the subject at home and abroad.By building the betrayal models of family members, professional managers and the general staff to expose the trust crisis that the family business is facing.Then the thesis focuses on how to build the trust relationship within the family business.Building the trust mechanism in family firms should take the family business development at first,and adhere to the principle of fairness, balancing rights,responsibilities and profit,and using the formal and informal system together. The purpose is to strengthen the relations of trust within family firms to promote professional management and keep harmonious and sustainable development in family firms.For the three crisis,we should establish sound corporate governance mechanism,business owners of self-integrity mechanism,effective contractual mechanism,the supervision mechanism,"integrity" of Enterprise Culture and the unimpeded exchange of information mechanism to build up the common ground of trust mechanisms.Establish clear property rights and interests of the distribution mechanism,clear mechanism for power configuration and normal exit mechanism to built up the family members level of tust mechanisms.Establish effective incentive and restraint balance mechanism,gradual decentralization mechanism and senior management team emotional mechanism to built up professional managers level of trust mechanisms.Establish reliable labor relations mechanism,and institutionalized management system,comprehensive training and development mechanism and deep feelings mechanism to build up the general staff level of trust mechanism.The path for achieving the family trust mechanism is:the family business owners to establish and restore their self-integrity as a basis for the formation of trust between family members,then extend the trust to professional managers and general staff.To help building the trust mechanism,we shoule also improve the external macro- environment.
