Research On The Relations Of Internal Trust In Family Runs Enterprises

China is undergoing a great change on social structure and people’s daily life. Meanwhile, there are a large number of social problems, one of which is trust crisis, which leads to the increase of transaction cost in economic activities, reduce of government’s credit and legitimacy, and even the social indifference and tension. Lacking sense of security makes it difficult to feel happiness, so it is imperative to rebuild interpersonal trust.This article is on the assumption of the intrinsically logic between interest and trust relationship in family business. Under the guidance of Marxist interests theory, it embodies the enormous contradictions between the traditional trust system and the modern one, discusses trust building&destroying and the root cause of conflict of interest in family business, and seeks to explore the key to social-trust-reconstructing. The conclusion would also be extended to other area, and ultimately promote the trust reconstruction in the community.Benefit analysis, the core research method throughout this article, is applied to establish a trust relationship model. Some main methods and basic principles from other disciplines, such as sociology, psychology, economics, political science, management science, etc, are also referred to make the model more comprehensive and persuasive.Trust reconstruction is so significant that it is worthwhile to make further exploration. Nowadays, the great majority of scholars are focus to study on the description of trust relationship, however, how to solve trust crisis and rebuild it is the key to improve people’s well-being.
