Family enterprise played a very important role in the development of China's economic , with the expansions of enterprises'scale, the original human resource had been unable to adapt the development of enterprise, the development of family enterprise must be on professional management, employed professional managers from the market was the trend, however, after employing professional managers, many problems appeared between family enterprise owners and professional managers ,because they do not trust each other in the cooperation process, therefore, we researched on relationship between family enterprise owners and professional managers from the perspective of trust in this paper, and we proposed the reasonable methods to establish the trust between family enterprise owners and professional managers.The first part of paper described the definition of family enterprise, professional managers and trust, then, it summarized the research situation on trust between the family enterprise owners and the professional mangers; and then, we used the questionnaire method to investigate some family enterprises in Zhejiang Province, and it concluded that the current trust level between family enterprise owners and professional mangers was low; then we discussed the impact factors of trust between family enterprise owners and professional mangers and it considered that the external environmental factors could not be changed in a short time ,it was also an uncontrollable factor, so, it summarized the affect factors of trust between family enterprise owners and professional mangers into three categories: First is the family enterprise owners'factor; Second is the professional mangers'factor; Third is the enterprises'factor. And we regarded the above three categories factors as independent variables, and we regarded trust as the dependent variable, After a series of reliability, validity correlation test and regression analyzed, it concluded that the relationship between these three factors and trust is very close, and each factor on the interpretation of the degree of trust was different, the organizational factor and the family enterpriser owners factor were more significant than professional managers factor.Based on the above analysis, the fifth part of this paper, it established the trust model of the formation mechanism between family enterprise owners and professional managers. And it analyzed the process and the principles of formation and development of trust between family enterprises owners and professional managers understood each other through their own channels, and then they establish the initial trust; Second, after establishing the initial trust, they enter the stage of formal cooperation, In this process, family enterprise owners assed and evaluated on professional mangers, analyzed the trustworthiness of professional managers from time to time,According to the results of evaluation, the owners adjusted the trustworthiness, finally, the owners took the appropriate measures to strengthen the trusted behavior of professional managers ,and based on the follow-up trustworthiness to determine a new round of cooperation, the owners would not cooperate until the professional managers'trustworthiness was not enough. To professional managers, they also perceived and judged the trusted behavior of the family enterprises owners at the stage of formal cooperation, and, they also took appropriate measures to adjust the trustworthiness.At last, we proposed the suggestions and measures to establish the trust between family enterprise owners and professional mangers from the perspective of the family enterprise. We included the following measures: establishing and improving communicate mechanism between family enterprise owners and professional mangers; establishing and improving incentive and constraint mechanism of professional mangers; establishing and improving the enterprise supervise mechanism; improving family enterprise owners'quality; proper authorization; managing other family members effectively.
