In the era of economic globalization and information explosion, the prevalence of team organization form provides a robust security for a modern enterprise development. However, there is the question: often the team's failure rates are high. It fails for various aspects of the environment which involved in the entire team organization, within this total, the team's influence of incentive mechanism should not be overlooked. Therefore,it have a important significance that research on Enterprise Team incentive mechanism in theory and practice .First ,this article provides an overview of team incentive mechanism in question; Secondly, do a related literature review on the team and the team incentive mechanism; Then, select the development and the maturity stage of the team evolution, correspondingly, and mainly analysis the driving force and cohesion of team incentive mechanisms: In team development stage, the paper analysis team driving force by the leadership and specification management from the internal environment, and by the role and construction from a team-driven and development; In an advanced stage, the paper analysis team cohesion by the goals and performance from the enterprise's internal environmental, and by the team culture and learning from a team-driven and development. Based the two categories of factors, the paper, which take the R&D (research and development team) for an example, analysis the encouragement and made a conclusion: the fact, that teams` could do a function effectively, have a effect on the enterprise development and major effective, to achieve the high performance, it is necessary to improve and perfect incentive mechanism, In the different stage of the team evolution, if team make a difference effectively, enterprises have to adopt incentive mechanism and should pay attention to the objectives-harmonizing, leadership supporting, cultural autonomy and system specifications and training aspects, these will motivate team.This article is focused on the object—the team, as special organization on Enterprise, consulting a large number of books on psychology, management, behavior related subjects, integrating the authoritative journal's latest progress, using a combination of theory and practice. This article analysis the enterprise team incentive mechanism system from the driving force and cohesion, and it indicates the effective measures that would spur the team of macro-advantage move.
