Research On Team Cohesion Of Modern Newspaper Printing Enterprises

As a core competence,team cohesion is the basis for enterprise survival and development.It has great impact on the management of enterprises.However,with the further development of socialist market economy,various conflicts of interest are intertwined and the enterprise team cohesion has been gradually weakened.Therefore,better understanding team cohesion,consciously nurturing and aspiring cohesion,are the urgent requirements of the enterprises under the new circumstance.In newspaper printing industry,the role of team cohesion has been widely recognized by the enterprises.Thus,establishing the theory of team cohesion suitable for the industry characteristics came into being.This paper mainly discusses the factors of newspaper printing enterprises.In the previous studies,it is mainly analyzed from the perspective of individual characteristics,not from the perspective of group characteristics.In this paper,based on previous studies and combined with both the characteristics of newspaper printing industry and my own thinking from practice,I divide the team cohesion factors into two major aspects:the individual and the group.I made exploratory analysis to fully examine the cohesion factors with the main variables of individual and group characteristics.A questionnaire survey was conducted and 14 manufacturing groups of 7 municipal newspaper printing enterprises in Zhejiang Province,a total of 92 members were selected as the object of investigation.Through item analysis,factor analysis and difference analysis,I reached following conclusions:Team cohesion is a multidimensional variable,which can be divided into three dimensions:behavioral expression,emotional expression and cognitive performance;There exists a significant difference in emotional expression dimension of team cohesion according to the size,goals,motivation and communication.
