Real estate industry has a large investment,high risk,professional and strong,large regional differences,and easily affected by national macro policy and a series of characteristics,is a typical personnel and capital intensive.The past few decades,due to the development of economy and urbanization,the rapid development of real estate enterprises,become the pillar industry of economic development in China.However,because of the transformation and upgrading of China's economic and social environment changing,many problems emerging out of the real estate enterprises in our country,entered the bottleneck period.How to impress his place in the fierce market competition for real estate enterprises is the problem of current.In this case,more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of talent,strengthen the human resources management as the core competitiveness of enterprises and construction,hope that through optimizing human resources management to inspire the potential of talent,improve enterprise core competitiveness.This article takes the incentive mechanism of CX real estate enterprise as the research object.Through the empirical study of CX company,the author draws the main problems of employee incentive in the company and analyzes the causes of the problems and draws the macroscopic conclusions.And then take the questionnaire survey method to analyze the driving factors of CX real estate employees,and then put forward the incentive measures based on the four-force drive model,perfect salary system,scientific job requirement analysis,advanced corporate culture,fair performance appraisal system Four driving forces at the same time to meet the achievements of CX real estate company employees an effective incentive to achieve business and personal win-win situation.
