Since the 21st century, after the knowledge economy becomes more and more common, the human resources now is the key factor for those organizations to implement their strategic goals. In China, SME are in valuable position to enhance the development of our national economy. The thesis which begins with the characteristics of SME, evaluates the existing problems between performance evaluation and Compensation design in Chinese SME, raises a pointed solution "Three-dimensional easy evaluation method" and Compensation design project, and also illuminate with the case study.There are six chapters:the 1st part is Introduction, including the background, purpose and significance, the current investigation status at home and abroad, thoughts and goals, main content with the innovation and disadvantage. The 2nd part which is the basic theory for performance evaluation and Compensation design of human resources in Chinese SME, mainly analyses what is called SME, what is its characteristic, and what the performance evaluation and Compensation design are for. The 3rd part discusses the predicament that present human resources of Chinese SME are facing for performance evaluation and compensation design, which are solved in the later part of the thesis. In the 4th part, "Three-dimensional easy evaluation method" is produced based on SME's characteristics together with the supplementary method for performance evaluation. In the 5th part, to be continued with the performance evaluation method, the compensation design project is carried out also. There is a case study for SME B in the 6th part.The thesis comprehensive utilizes the knowledge of Modern Enterprise theory, management, finance, organization behavior and etc, which is the innovation of this thesis, and also finishes the normative and positive invest igation of performance evaluation and compensation design in Chinese SME. The thesis produces the suitable "Three-dimensional easy evaluation method" and compensation design mode, which can be considered as a reference for those SME's management practice. However, there are still some shortage, such as the influence due to the knowledge framework limits and incomplete conditions when epurate the study case in current complicated status. Nevertheless, the thesis tries to focus on the human instead of financing and hope to be developed in this direction continuously.
