Human resources, production of various factors, the most active and most creative, the most valuable elements of sustained economic growth in the future is bound to become an important core resources. Throughout the world’s top500enterprise, the achievements of he reason for their success are many of advantages, the human resources play an essential role in those enterprise, human resources management situation has become an important factor in determining the development of enterprises, as the core content of the human resource management, human resource allocation problem is increasingly concern for people. The allocation of human resources is an organic combination of enterprises in specific strategic objectives, the formation of human resources quantity, quality and structure. The level of efficiency of the allocation of human resources will directly affect the utilization of the human resources of SMEs; in turn will affect the labor productivity and economic benefits, so it is particularly important to the study of the efficiency of the allocation of human resources for SMEs.This article theory and literature of combing through the configuration of human resources at home and abroad, to analyze the importance of human resources allocation efficiency of human resource management in SMEs in China, as the object of study A enterprise(A enterprise both SMEs in general and has its own characteristics) by the human resources situation and the development trend of A enterprise, proposes ways to improve the efficiency of the allocation of human resources in enterprise A, and provide the basis for a corporate human resources, effective configuration.
