As the knowledge-intensive industry, design and innovation ability of the technical personnel’s is the core competence in landscape design industry. Human Resources can be named as "The most important Resources". As the mainstay in this industry when face the large-scale and foreign design institute, so, whether the effective strategic human resource management can be adopted to activate the employees, whether the modern enterprise system can be set up, whether the latent capacities of people can be explored, and whether the core competence of the enterprise can be lifted are all the keys for the enterprises to acquire their competence advantages.From the points of the difficulties and challenges confronted by the small and medium landscape design enterprises and present condition enterprises’ human resources, the thesis analysed the problems and reasons of the current human resources management, obtained beneficial model from the research of foreign relevant experiences and characteristic about industry institution, human resources disposition, methods of management and motivation system. On this basis, the thesis built up the construction of human resources management which could be suitable for native environment and carried out empirical analysis with case study. The aim questions of the thesis involve:recruitment, training, motivation system, innovative of salary management, performance management, career path design and enterprise culture.
