The Development Of Personal Financing Service Of Qishang Bank

Introducing to personal financial services of commercial banks overseas and domestic, the paper analyzed the development status and prospects of the Personal Financial Services (PFs) of commercial banks, and discussed the development strategies of Qishang bank.There is obvious background of motivation for the development of traditional business of commercial banks nowadays,the growth of personal wealth in the entire social,which has changed the kind of social wealth,has promoted a broader scope for the development of Personal Business (PB) of Qishang bank.To be more independent and Professional,Personal Financing Service (PFs) creates value for and meets specific needs of customers.In recent years,Professional, Personal Financing Service (PFs) is becoming the priority business areas and main source of profit growth of Qishang bank.This dissertation relies on the theories of commercial banks,information economics,Personal Financial Services (PFs) and banks of the modern enterprise. This paper combines domestic and oversea core theoretical viewpoint and practical experience of PFs.It studies the innovation and regulation of PFsThis dissertation is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is about preface, which introduces the background and the importance for the summarizes the relevant researches in foreign countries and in China and puts forward the thesis and structure of this paper, and introduces the normal situation of (PFs) in Qishang bank.The second chapter is the theoretical analyses and proving.It involves the analysis of the characteristics and classification of PFs.The third chapter takes empirical analysis of Qishang bank joint-stock commercial bank to demonstrate the possibility of the development of (PFs) in Zibo,especially the possibility of the development of (PFs) in Qishang bank.The fourth chapter summarizes the common ground of different practicing mode in the world and draws a parallel between the former and domestic practices.As the conclusion of the whole paper, the fifth chapter gives referential experience for the sustainable development of (PFs) in Zibo and focuses on suggestions about the strategy and tactics for develop PFs in Qishang bank. Last but not the least; the sixth Chapter is the conclusion and outlook of the whole paper.
