They resort to the advantages of the agility, the organization simpleness, the higher work efficiency, having the courage to innovate, being active in enterprise, and survive in the market interspace. The resignation of persons with ability may bring huge risk to the normal management. With the optimization of market economy resource distribution, the key point that make enterprises to win competition is to possess the persons with ability who grasp the crucial knowledge and advanced techniques and skills and can creat value for them. At the present time, how to solve the dimission of person with ability to enhance the market competition ability of national medium and little civilian enterprises is the austerity and hot task. This text aims at making sure that initiative dimission of persons with ability will bring negative influence and search for the policy for medium and little civilian enterprises to solve the hazard of dimission of persons with ability。The text combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, questionnaire mathed and SPSS statistic method. It is made up of five parts:The first part is introduction, it mainly introduces the background, meaning, purposes and methods of the study, and bring forward innovation points. The seacond part is the literature summary and define the concepts of enterprise person with ability and initiative dimission. At the same time, it make analysis for the characteristics of persons with ability. Part three analyses the factors that influnence enterprise person with ability who initiatively send in their jacket. It does analysis through survey questionnaire and doing data analysis, and discovers the main factors which influence the dimission. The factors include society factor, enterprise factor and private factor. Part four is about the negative influence of the initiative dimission. The negative influences which the initiative dimission will bring are management cost increase, business secret leakage, enterprise reputation depressed and position chain damaged. Part five summarizes enterprise how to react to the initiative dimission. This part makes demonstration from five aspects, that is, employee recruition, building prompting and restricting methods, designing reasonable profession career plan and establishing scientific management system. |
