Study On The Growth Ability Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Of Less Developed Areas

Currently, small and medium enterprises are more and more important in the economics of the country. And the number of small and medium enterprises is increasing more and more day by day. Not only the small and medium enterprises improve the economic structure of our country further and further, but also providing innovative technology and jobs for the society. At the same time, the country has also introduced a variety of policies to support the development of small and medium enterprises. However, small and medium enterprises have many limitations. The development of the small and medium enterprises is imbalanced among different industries. Even the development of small and medium enterprises among small and medium enterprises in same industry is also uneven. Moreover, the level of the development, the structure of the development, the development of small and medium enterprises is also imbalanced between the east and the west. So the development of small and medium enterprises is not easy.Therefore, this paper is based on summarizing the previous theories of the enterprises ability, enterprises growth ability and enterprises growth evaluation, and then inducing the definition, affective factors, development characteristics and main issues in our country of small and medium enterprises. Secondly, basing on the reasonable design ideas and principles of the evaluation, this paper selects appropriate methods to evaluate the growth ability of small and medium enterprises in Gansu Province comprehensively. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the growth ability of small and medium enterprises in Gansu Province.
