Since the reform and opening up,private enterprises in China have experienced a process from scratch to existence,and now have become an important part of the national economy and a new force in economic development.Private enterprises not only make great contribution to national GDP,but also provide many jobs and create tax revenue.According to statistics,in the first half of 2016,the proportion of private fixed assets investment in the whole country is 61.5%,and the private enterprises realize thirty-eight trillion two hundred and forty-three billion two hundred and ten million yuan tax,which shows that private enterprises provide a continuous driving force for the rapid development of Chinese economy.Large enterprises often come from the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The risks and problems encountered by small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of development are generally more,and the mortality rate is relatively high.However,the institutional background of the common development of various forms of ownership in China is the public ownership as the main body.In the process of development,private enterprises have met the opportunities of deepening reform based on market,scientific and technological progress,more frequent international trade and diversity of human resource market.At the same time,there are many challenges brought by external environment restriction,fierce market competition,imperfect enterprise system and so on.Whether it is an opportunity or a challenge,private enterprises,especially small and medium-sized private enterprises,want to achieve further development.It put forward higher requirements to the operators,to a large extent,the operators not only determine the development direction and situation of the enterprise,but also decide the future life and death of the enterprise.By combing the development of private enterprises in China,this text analyzes the background and economic environment of private enterprises in China at present,and finds that most small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country are in the stage of rapid expansion.In this stage of development,most private enterprises still adopt the "family" management mode,the individual ability and management level of their managers are different,and the corporate governance structure is not perfect.The reasons for the external market environment,the internal management and management,the two reasons and the internal and external reasons lead to the different development of the small and medium private enterprises.Some enterprises are developing,some enterprises are going down,and some enterprises are maintaining the status quo.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the personal ability and management level of the managers of small and medium-sized private enterprises,thus to enhance the management quality and market competitiveness of private enterprises and to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of private enterprises.On the basis of the development history of private enterprises in China,this text compares the development of its two subsidiary companies by the method of case analysis of specific private enterprises.It shows the social and economic problems,the corporate governance structure,the professional ability of managers and the decision-making problems that small and medium-sized private enterprises generally encounter in the process of development.At the same time,on the basis of theoretical research on enterprise operators,entrepreneur,corporate governance structure and so on,combining with the reality of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China,this text analyzes the factors restricting the management ability of managers.It mainly includes the following four restrictive factors: the defect of governance structure,the deficiency of individual ability,the limitation of management experience,and the imperfection of decision-making mechanism.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the managers of small and medium-sized private enterprises,In the text,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the social and economic environment of private enterprises in China and the factors that restrict the ability of the operators to play.From the outside,it is necessary to create a favorable environment for the growth of private enterprises,complete laws and regulations,establish a social service system,and create a fair business environment.At the same time,gather the social power,create small and medium-sized private entrepreneur spirit growth atmosphere.From the internal point of view,it is necessary to optimize the corporate governance structure,improve the personal quality of the managers,improve the management level of the managers,and construct scientific decision-making procedures,so as to foster the leadership ability of the operators and improve their own management level.In order to improve the business efficiency of enterprises.Based on the existing theoretical basis and the development process of private enterprises in China,this text analyzes the problems encountered in the development process of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China by starting with specific enterprise cases.It is of certain guiding and practical significance to put forward countermeasures and suggestions that are suitable for the managers of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China to improve their abilities.However,due to the case study involved in the traditional industry,the case is relatively single,the relevant data is inadequate,the research and analysis that are carried out is one-sidedness,and the relevant suggestions and countermeasures put forward have some limitations.
