Based on modern agriculture, agricultural tourism is new industry with high technology as guidance, The development of which can get farmers became rich by increasing added value of agricultural products and driving development of other's industries.At first, according to theories, including ecology principle, urban agriculture theory, pedagogics theory, economics appliance and characteristices of agricultural tourism, the paper proposed advantage conditions of agricultural tourism in Shenjiaying town and restrictive factors, such as personnel quality and tourism resources, based on analysis on geographic location, traffic condition, natural economy conditions, land utilization condition, tourism resources, culture resources and the function orientatioan.Then, the overall development thinking and distribution of agricultural tourism in Shenjiaying town was brought forward, that is "one belt, three lines, one core and multi-point", formed different tourism spaces and nodes. In addition, tourist market and marketing strategy were analyzed simply and economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits produced.At last, countermeasures and safeguard measures proposed, taking management multi-mode, personnel quality improvement, tourism resources protection and unique industry for villages for examples. The results provide guidance to agricultural tourism of Shenjiaying town and basic for Yanqing tourism.
