With economy developing, the importance of logistics is highly valued and accepted by all, even it is named as a future 3rd profit source. And as one of the most important basic functions, logistics distribution optimization must have a very positive influence to promote overall logistics management.This paper mainly focuses on the logistics distribution optimization in an internal plant. By studying the specific internal logistics distribution case of BH automotive parts company's, it aims to setup a module which can optimize logistics distribution with multiple hierarchies in a company. Firstly, it trys to find and analyze the waste working procedures by lean production tool-value stream mapping. And then minimize the wastes to make it optimized by linear programming method. Finally, it makes a further analysis to verify the optimization results by the comparison of value stream mapping optimized before and after.In the first two chapters, this paper is to review the contents of logistics distribution, and also introduce value stream mapping concept and how to use it. Then it summarizes the current situation of the internal logistics distribution in BH automotive parts company, here it mainly introduces how to use value stream mapping and dig out real wastes for BH internal logistics distribution. Finally, in the chapter 5, it makes a further analysis for the real waste processes which dig out before by value stream mapping, and then setup the mathematics module of linear programming. In the last section of chapter 5,the optimization results is calculated out by Solver tool attached in Microsoft excel, and a comparison for the value stream mapping optimized before and after is conducted. In the last chapter, it summarizes the study results and future potential improvement possibilities for this topic. |
