Various statistical means were used in the phase of positive analysis, including feature analysis, item analysis, reliability analysis, validation analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis. According to the statistical analysis, all dimensions of all variances had satisfied the need of reliability and validation. Regression analysis also proved that there is a significant correlation among entrepreneurial stress, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial guidance. At last, the author tested whether there is a mediation process between entrepreneurial stress and entrepreneurial guidance. The result shows that entrepreneurial self-efficacy is a medium which make entrepreneurial stress affected entrepreneurial guidance indirectly.
