As the division of labor of enterprises gradually fine, enterprise start a transition from lower raw material costs and labor costs model to reduce the cost of transportation and warehousing transition, the logistics industry has gradually become "the third profit source", and its status in the national economic development is becoming increasingly important. However, high employee running off rates and low employee satisfaction of private logistics enterprises, seriously affect the service levels and develop speed of logistics company, become a development bottleneck. Therefore, private logistics enterprises how to establish an effective incentive mechanism to retain talent, improve employee motivation, become an urgent need to study.This paper reviews the motivation theory at home and abroad, analyses the human resources characteristics of logistics enterprises. Then, this paper point out that there are four main issues: incentive concept fall behind, remuneration system is imperfect, staff training and development space is narrow, lack of enterprise culture, based on the analysis of Chinese staff incentive situation by the relevant scholars, and proposes that private logistics enterprises should build the scientific remuneration system, perfect the system of career planning, value the potential impact of corporate culture.In view of the difference of study object, this paper take the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as the method , construct a Evaluation model of staff incentives for private logistics enterprises from the two dimensions of corporate performance and employee satisfaction by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method .This model contains seven indicator: economic indicators, market indicators, the work itself, w- working conditions, work repayment, interpersonal relationships, enterprise aspect, which can help the enterprise to discover the weak links in the Staff Motivation, make enterprise's incentive mechanism reform to be more target-oriented.Finally, this paper does an empirical analysis based on the DP enterprise which is a typical private logistics enterprise. The paper provides a reference for other logistics companies by finding the better staff incentives of DP Company. As the same time, the paper gives recommendations for improvement through finding the DP enterprise's weaknesses in staff incentive.
