Research On Innovation Ability Of New Generation Information Technology Industry Cluster In Hunan Province Based On Knowledge Network

In the current economic globalization competition,the role of industrial clusters is becoming more and more important.Although there are many industrial clusters in China,most of them have significant shortcomings in innovation ability,and the competitiveness of clusters is low.How to improve the innovation ability of industrial clusters has become the consensus of the industry.This research chooses a new generation of information technology industry,which is one of the seven strategic emerging industries of the country and is currently the key industry to be promoted in Hunan Province.It is of great significance to explore the innovation ability of the new generation information technology industry cluster in Hunan Province,clarify the relationship between the innovation ability and innovation performance of the industry cluster,and clarify the impact of different factors on the innovation ability of the industry cluster,so as to improve the development of the new generation information technology industry.This research is divided into three parts in the overall framework,the first part is the theoretical research part,which mainly combs the existing research results,including the concept,generation and development of industrial cluster,and introduces the knowledge network model,transforms the comprehensive research results of industrial cluster innovation and knowledge network model,and forms the analysis model of this research.The second part is empirical research.Based on the three dimensions of knowledge network,this study constructs three reflection dimensions of innovation ability of industrial clusters,namely,the knowledge ability of behavior subject,the support ability of network environment and the situational quality of network activities.Each dimension sets specific evaluation indicators.Based on the analysis of the data,this paper demonstrates the relationship between innovation capability and innovation performance of industrial clusters.Based on the empirical data of seven major cities and prefectures in Hunan Province,this paper analyzes the relationship between the three factors of enterprise location,enterprise scale and operation period and innovation capability of industrial clusters.Finally,the part of policy recommendations,from the perspective of government policy guidance,financial policy support,the construction of technical strategic alliance and the improvement of talent training mechanism.The innovation ability of industrial cluster is the foundation for the existence and long-term development of industrial cluster.As a national strategic emerging industry and a key strategic planning industry in Hunan Province,how to issue effective industrial boosting policies and build the innovation ability of industrial clusters remains to be further discussed.This research is based on the questionnaire survey and data analysis of the new generation of information technology industry in Hunan Province,in order to provide reference for all decision-makers including the government.
