With the growing number of Internet users and the rapid development of Internet applications, Internet marketing has become one of the ways commonly used in marketing, meanwhile it is also closely related with people's daily work and life. Some companies hire third-party website platforms (such as Ali Baba), and some enterprises establish their own websites, regardless of which form of platform companies adopted, basically they make use of web platform to establish and promote the corporate brands and market the website platforms, release product (or service) information, increase the opportunities for product promotion, online sales, online customer service and conduct online research and other activities. In this way can enterprises maximize the overall effectiveness of marketing. Currently, many methods of network marketing, such as the common search engine marketing, email marketing, forum marketing, viral marketing, online advertising, etc., in this paper search engine marketing will be discussed in several aspects.Based on the practical application and combination of the actual demand of one Shanghai barcode technology Co., LTD and Shenzhen technology Co., LTD, according to the basic thinking of search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO), and the applied basic theories of small and medium-sized enterprises of SEM and SEO, design and realize the solution based on Shanghai barcode technology Co., LTD. Of SEM and a technology Co., LTD. Of Shenzhen SEO. This paper firstly investigates the current research state of related theories in engine marketing at home and abroad. Then introduces the SEM and SEO relevant knowledge, and mainly introduces the basic concepts and theories of SEM, and main service mode of SEM and main contents, methods and tools of SEO, Then the small and medium-sized enterprises in the steps, the problems and four rules for success in implementing SEO techniques of factors. The last part is to discuss the cases of application and solutions of SEM and SEO.
