As search engine is the most widely network tool in information age, search Engine Marketing has become a network marketing model that users employ to retrieve information with a series of techniques and strategy ,which will take more companies information to the target users and bring companies more money. Until now it is the most widely used and timely network marketing model with prerequisite of keyword and the target of the business goal, therefore it become the preferred corporate marketing and promotion tools.This paper analyzes the advantages of modern marketing model combining with the characteristics of the traditional one to deepen the understanding of the model by researching the various online marketing tools and methods and summarizing their characteristics. At the same time it sums up its current model by discussing the basic principles, characteristics, status detail of it . The study summaries search engine marketing optimization strategies to improve sites'structure and content, which will improve business rankings, and increase the visits in order to achieve the maximum interests of the company. Finally it puts forward the development and trend of Search Engine Marketing by tracking and inquiring companies, on the base of data of the great profit that search Engine Marketing brings business.
