The Research For Operation Management Process And System Reconstruction Of Zhongshan Huangding Hardware Company

Business process capability is the key for an enterprise to achieve its strategic goal. Through business process optimization and reconstruction, the enterprise can improve its market response capacity and increase its core competence. This paper chooses business process system of Huangding Co.Ltd (below short for Huangding) as the object of study, mainly researching the design and reconstruction of supply chain flow, operation flow, and fine service flow. In view of the core flow and the diagnosis existence problems, the paper proposes the science optimization, the improvement or the transformation plan, establishes a set of fine manufacturing and service management system. The paper analyzes the domestic and foreign service flow reconstruction research situation and the achievement, mainly takes Peppard and Rowland's "Flow Improvement Theory"- -through obtains the improvement by the flow increment content maximization as the guidance of flow redesign; and takes Hammer and Champy's "Effect Appraises Four Target Theory" for business process recontruction- -"cost, quality, service, speed" as the theory basis, proposes specific ideas, methods, frameworks, programs and measures about how to construct business process of Huangding.Firstly, the paper applies The Activity Based Costing, included in the six sorts of business processes diagnostic tools which analyze the present situation system of the operation process and the existing problems in Huangding along with the analysis of the internal and external conditions. Secondly, on account of these problems, the paper utilizes four reconstruction methods:Process Value-added Model Method, EPC (Event-Process Chain), IDEF, and KSF(key success factors), to restructure five operation processing modules:they are Customer Service Process, Logistics Service Process, Technology Manufacture Process, Purchase Process, Inventory Disposition and Management Process, to mainly focus on the analysis of how to reset the two key processes, which are the supply chain process and the technology manufacture process, and to instruct how to integrate the fragmented operation processes to entire process system. Finally, the paper mentions the evaluation of the economic and social benefits resulted from the outcome of the reconstructing processes in the enterprise.There are three innovations in the business process system of Huangding: taking responsibility for the project by the chief executive, reflecting the dynamic union of the business process, expanding from single manufacturing process design to the service process design. This research is on the value of Huangding recombining of business process elements and producing valuable results. As for the competitors, investors or potential strategic cooperation partners, the research is also an important reference.
