On the one hand,financial crisis is fast expanding to every corner of the world, on the other hand, the commercial activities and individual or group consumption are constantly increasing in western part of China, which is considered as a huge market opportunity for lots of marketing hunters even including World top 500 companies.Therefore, not only China's corporations but foreign enterprises want to win marketing share here, as a result, China's gift market has shifted to west, which needs to creat more kinds of gifts to satisfy different needs.Xi'an,as the cenral area of western gift market which plays a very important role in China, its market covers many provinces such as Shaan'xi, Gan'su,He'nan,Tibet, Zhejiang and so on, it also influences central China, east China and north China etc.After us to the domestic and foreign economical trend analysis, the union overseas developed country as well as the domestic typical city commerce present market characteristic,proposed about the west Anfu thousand triumphant limited company's commercial present project development mentality; Meanwhile through to the west Anfu thousand triumphant development present situation analysis,proposed in the project performance history has the product type few, the customer community sole, the market localization fuzzy, the supplier management and the distributor manages is short of and so on the main question.Thesis by action research methods, synchronization with Xian FORTUNEKEY actual process of project development business gifts,gifts in accordance with customer preferences and price focus,design and development of a different price range and with different characteristics of the gift,while the process of project development existing product segmentation, customer segmentation,supplier management developers,distribution channels and network channels to discuss the establishment of such issues,the last of the proposed solutions to be implemented in practice and verify for the industry, entrepreneurs and related small-scale enterprises to provide a theoretical and practical basis.Finally, the paper points out the gift industry, small-scale development of common operational bottlenecks,make a difference is the nature of the business gift industry, the only way for the future of brand management.
