Business Plan For A Colombian Decoration And Gifts Store “WOWLA”

The purpose of this project is to create and evaluate a business plan,using the knowledge obtained during the development of my International Master's in Business Administration from ESIC and SISU,in order to determine the feasibility of the implementation of this business idea.The company was born due to observations of the behavior and accelerated growth of gift and decoration stores in Spain and the rest of Europe,which framed within the low-cost business models,and it has become one of the fastest growing businesses.Value-added accessories have quickly become popular in Europe,and it is the right time to develop this business in Colombia through the incursion and consolidation of the offer of home design,personal use and gift products at fair market prices.Wowla main focus is to provide to our customers products with unique designs and good quality with fair cost within the Colombian market.These products are designed for homes and personal use that fill the spaces of magic and positive energy making people happy.In short,Wowla tries to make people's days more fun,colorful and unusual with products with a clear and defined added value.The development of this innovative project requires a large investment of money and effort,because it is a brand that will start from scratch in the Colombian market.Also,the technology and infrastructure of the stores are fundamental for the development and growth of Wowla.In order to evaluate the profitability and effectiveness of the project,a financial analysis is carried out in which it is observed that during the first year of operation a negative net profit is obtained,which is compensated with the seed capital investment.However,for Wowla a positive cash flow is obtained during the first five years of operations.and,the project presents a positive Net Present Value and good Internal Rate of Return of,which indicates that the project is profitable.
