| Modern logistics industry to the impact of urban development is the basic content of regional economics, practice shows that logistics has become the third profile source after the raw materials, labor. Development of the logistics can improve the tertiary of the tertiary industry in the national economy, spur the development of the related food service, real estate, information industry, the wholesale retail industry, optimize industry structure, promote the development of productive forces. Logistics competitiveness determines the development level and status of the city, it's the main elements of city competitiveness. Logistics competitiveness has become an important means of competition among cities.Development of city logistics in Anhui Province have many effective condition, such as logistics facilities gradually improving, logistics industry taking shape, economic strength enhancing. Therefore, this study by empirical analysis, Taking Anhui Province for example to study the logistics competitive differences within the department of city, it can not only help foster the main competitive logistics of Anhui Province by theoretical basis and policy recommendations, but also to promote the logistics industry in Anhui Province forward to modern logistics, spur the manufacturing and logistics industry form a pattern joint development, and promote the development of logistics industry in the whole province wide. The study consists of three parts:Part I: Study Theoretical Basis, including Chapter One and Chapter Two. Discuss the background and significance of urban logistics competitiveness, sum up domestic and foreign research results, epitomize the research methods and research framework.Part II: Establish the evaluation index system of city logistics competitiveness, including Chapter Three. Through literature analysis and practical research, specifically analyze the meaning of city logistics competitiveness, and fix the evaluation index system of city logistics. Then, select samples and methodology. Part III: Empirical analysis, including Chapter Four and Chapter Five. According to established evaluation index system to 17 cities in Anhui Province as the research unit, select 20 indicators, with SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software, using principal component analysis, factor analysis, Arc View GIS technology and cluster analysis in Anhui city logistics competitiveness level empirical analysis. Based on the evaluation results, we can draw the following conclusions: the 17 cities in Anhui Province could be divided into four categories, most competitive area (Hefei, Wuhu), stronger area (Maanshan, Anqing, Bengbu, Chuzhou), middle area (Tongling, Fuyang, Chaohu, Xuancheng, Suzhou, Huainan, Huaibei), and weak area (Bozhou, Chizhou, Huangshan City). First of all, the overall level of city logistics competitiveness below the provincial average are in the majority. Hefei is the highest competitive level of Anhui province, and Wuhu is second. Secondly, by the characteristics of ladder, concentration and hierarchical of city logistics competitiveness, to give the corresponding functional position ,that is ,Hefei ,Wuhu for the two-center, Fuyang, Bengbu as two logistics hubs, From the natural and geographic conditions, infrastructure, economic development level and structure of Type of three major factors, explaining the reasons for differences in logistics competitiveness in cities of Anhui Province. Finally, through the government, third party logistics, personnel, logistics information platform for four major measures to improve the city logistics competitiveness of Anhui Province. |
