Starting from 1980s, Chinese countryside presented the farmer cooperative economic organizations. For more than 20 years, each different model of cooperative economic organizations has made the significant contributions for the agricultural industrialization and rural economic development. From the dynamic point of view, the models of farmer cooperative economic organizations in China will be divided into the leading enterprise, the intermediary organization and the integrated cooperative society. We compared these three patterns' system characteristics and economical achievements in order to analyze the evolutionary relationships between them. Meanwhile, compared with the farmer cooperative economic organization models of Western developed countries such as the United States,Japan,France, the article has shown the gap between China and these developed countries and explored the reasons for them to arrive at a number of reference and inspiration. The current organization of farmers in most areas of China is also at the growth stage, driven by leading enterprise model as a majority, but the integrated cooperative society pattern is the optimal of all. With the development of the society and economy, the organizational model will eventually evolve into a cooperative society. Different areas should obey the principles that respects the will of peasants, by the market principle which for the guidance, to choose the appropriate organization pattern. Currently, the development of rural cooperative economic organizations in China should be concentrated on these main points:to cultivate the leading enterprises, to develop the specialized cooperative society and to promote the union between the cooperative organizations.
