ODM(Original Design Manufacturer) is a mode of production which widely be used in domestic appliances enterprise, ODM could reduce the time, personnel and equipment spend in the process of product development, Especially could achieve rapid expansion in market at the early stage of development which the technical and equipment is hard up. ODM also could reduce product cost and strengthen the bargaining power by using extend the production scale, and improve the ability of development and production technology by designing new product. In the process of ODM, professional division of labor could increase the competitiveness and promote the continuous development of two sides, but it's very important in improvement the efficiency of bilateral cooperation as the scale of the development. This paper, the ODM production process of electric water heater in WJL is analyzed, the original mode of cooperation is no longer adapt to the needs of bilateral cooperation, the work efficiency of ODM needs to be improved Quickly.WJL adopt the BPR principles to analyze the workflow of ODM for improve the efficiency of bilateral cooperation, the key points of current work processes are found, the repeat parts of current work processes are eliminated, the continuity of the internal organization are enhanced by supervising in the spot for transferring the work site to the inside of ODM enterprise. This way of site monitoring representation is consistent with the domestic appliances enterprise.This paper based on management functions and views , the differences of representatives between military and domestic appliances enterprises on behalf are analyzed, the role of representatives in ODM transformation processes are represented. The authorized efforts of representative should be increased, for example, expanding the scope of work, monitoring, control, and decision, the system's efficiency of ODM will be improved.With the establishment of representative in factory, the work processes in ODM are changed, in order to ensure successful implementation for the recycling work process of ODM, the jobs, organizational structure, supervision and evaluation of representative in factory are analyzed and resolved.
