Research On Development Of International Scientific And Technological Cooperation In Changchun

This thesis firstly analyzes Changchun international scientific and technological cooperation development (CISTCD), to find out the question which exists in the developing process and the gap with developed countries; And then, it deeply analyzes the demand of CISTCD as well as the approach, the goal, and the main task that should be developed in the future; lastly, the research results are summarized and the good countermeasure and suggestion are provided for CISTCD. This thesis is divided into five parts on the whole:Part one is the foreword of this thesis. It mainly introduces this thesis's research background, the meaning, and the article review.Part two of this thesis shows the present situation and questions existed of Changchun international scientific and technological cooperation development. Firstly, it summarizes the outcome already achieved, then focus on the questions and the opportunity faced.Part three of this thesis is the core part. In this part, it analyzes the demand of Changchun international scientific and technological cooperation development. It respectively research Changchun city's demand for Automobile and spare part manufacturing industry, modern agriculture and agricultural product intensive processing, biological industry, photoelectron information industries, new material industry, new energy and energy conservation environmental product.Part four of this thesis includes the advanced experiences of developed countries, and what we should to do to accelerate the development of Changchun.Part five of this thesis is good countermeasure and suggestion for CISTCD, which discuss the approach, the goal, and the main task of CISTCD. This part mainly illustrate CISTCD's guiding principle, basic principle, development targets, strategic layout, development priorities, giving priority to development technology and project, at last, summarize the research results in previous chapters.
