Research On Hubei-EU's Scientific And Technological Cooperation

International scientific and technological cooperation is an important strategic tool, which obtains intellectual resources from the current knowledge-based society, relies on scientists from all countries together, who solves their own or other unsolved scientific problems, in order to achieve progress in promoting human society, and to promote cooperation parties's economic and technological development. Consequently, the governments have put great emphasis on the international cooperation of science and technology, for this, they have taken effective measures, encourage and support their technological staff actively participating in international cooperation of science and technology and attracting foreign experts to our programs.Europe is the world's birthplace of modern technology, EU's strong scientific and technological strength, is one of most important pole of global economic and technology. Hubei Province is rich in scientific and technological resources, its technological innovation strength is fastest among the nation's, and is an important scientific R&D base of China. Currently, the EU is committed to building the most dynamic and competitive economy, and is implementing the European Research Area strategy and the Seventh Framework Program (FP7). According to National Medium- and long-term Program for Scientific and Technological Development, Hubei Province developed the 11th Five-Year Plan Program of Science and Technology Development, the Committee of the CPC and the provincial government has made a decision of constructing "innovation-oriented Hubei". Hubei-EU's scientific and technological cooperation is facing new opportunities.To fully grasp the status of Hubei-EU's scientific and technological cooperation, bring forward effective countermeasures to speeding up Hubei-EU's scientific and technological cooperation, and provide theoretical guidance to Hubei-EU's scientific and technological cooperation, based on "The Research on the Status Quo and Potential of Hubei-EU's Scientific and Technological Cooperation", which is supported by Tackling Key Scientific and Technological Projects of Hubei Province, this paper talks about Hubei-EU's scientific and technological cooperation.
