| Phosphate is an important material for producing fertilizer, and the basis of fine phosphate chemicals. Phosphorus and phosphorus chemical products relate to agriculture, industry, medicine, military, aerospace and many other fields, the basic and strategic position can not be ignored. Compared with iron, copper and other metallic minerals, because the phosphate itself has not recovered dissipative character, so it's much scarce. With the environmental issues and phosphorus crisis in exploitation of phosphate resources having become increasingly serious, so it makes the study to environmental issues in phosphate mining become increasingly urgent. However, our domestic current researches on those issues just focus on qualitative analysis, which haven't achieved a breakthrough both in the theory and method. Taking into account the situation mentioned above, this article attempts to research on ecological rucksack for obtaining a theoretical breakthrough and the practical value.With a combination of theoretical and empirical method, This article has introduced material flow analysis and ecological rucksack theory into the study of phosphate mining unit first time. On the basis of referring to the ecological rucksack research on mineral resources (such as gold, copper, iron ore), this paper has firstly created material flow analysis framework and material flow analysis accounts in phosphate mining unit. The paper has carried out an empirical study on six phosphate mine in Yi Chang, and calculated the ecological rucksack and ecological rucksack coefficient of phosphate mining unit. According to calculation results, the study has analyzed and compared the reason which lead to the ecological rucksack and ecological rucksack coefficient become different among the six phosphate mine, found out the influencing factors to ecological rucksack and ecological rucksack coefficient in phosphate mining unit, and provided a theoretical basis for proposing further countermeasures on reducing ecological rucksack and ecological rucksack coefficient difference. By the method of empirical study to phosphate mining in Yichang, this paper has obtained a series of conclusions, such as, the mean of ecological rucksack coefficient in Yi Chang is about 1.65; the ecological rucksack of phosphate mine will increase with the annual production (i.e. the scale of production) increasing in Yi Chang; mining volume and water inputs are two key factors that affected ecological rucksack and ecological rucksack coefficient in Yi Chang.In the course of the study, this paper firstly puts forward the concept and calculation method of Material Input Coefficient, which has made up for the lack of ecological rucksack theory in further study, enriched and developed the ecological rucksack theory. In addition, in the end of the study, the author has established the general model of calculation and analysis about ecological rucksack coefficient, which provide the theoretical basis and reference value for ecological rucksack coefficient research in Hubei province, even the national phosphate mining unit, the other process units of Phosphate industry, and other mineral resources exploitation unit. |
