The purpose of material flow is to find a way to save natural energy and improve people’s living environment. Eventually achieve sustainable development and provide some advices to decision makers about resource and environmental. The research object of this article is our aluminium production stage, and each process aluminum production process and machining process. Through the discuss of material flow and aluminum industry’s present situation of our country, use of the law of conservation of mass and input-output model studying on the static analysis of the material flow. Using the data from Chinese yearbook of Nonferrous Metals Industry and China aluminium Yearbook,measuring the rejection rate, unit metal yield, resource efficiency indicators, analysis of2013aluminum production status in our country. And use the same to analysis the trend of our country’s Aluminum industry’s development from2004to2013.Then, discuss whether the model named the grey GM (1,1) can use in predicting our country’s aluminum production development. If it works, we can use this model to predict our country’s aluminum production from2014to2018. Finally, based on the above analysis, I give a conclude and some suggestions.
