With the concept of sustainable development put forward, people began to pay attention to reverse logistics. With the auto industry of rapid development, resources became a bottleneck in the development of automobile industry. Therefore, to achieve the sustainable development of the automotive industry, car sales not only need to establish the forward logistics system, but also to establish a waste recycling and remanufacture network system. Based on the above, this paper mainly researched the recycling network design and robust optimization of waste automobiles.First, reverse logistics and reverse logistics network theory were expounded, and the basic ideas of the reverse logistics network planning were put forward.Secondly, on the basis of the theory of reverse logistics network, taking into account the building elements of reverse logistics network of scrap cars. These elements include: reverse logistics network of scrap cars building environment; the operation model of the reverse logistics network of planning and network types of choice analysis; used car reverse logistics network function and content of planning. Based on building elements of reverse logistics network, the used car reverse logistics network and its characteristics were analyzed. Meanwhile, the paper built a infrastructure location model of the used car reverse logistics network. Model features:single product, single-cycle, the ability to limit and the closed-loop network; considering the new products and re-products of logistics distribution in Forward logistics and different of them; taking into account the integration of facilities for integrated logistics network.Finally, the paper analyzed the existing problems in the process of building reverse logistics network of used car, and then, the specific and robust optimization of strategy to the problems were presented in order to improve the operating efficiency of the reverse logistics network of scrap cars.
