Study On The Competitiveness Of Automotive Industry Based On Cleaner Production

In recent years, Chinese automotive annual sales is always climbing, so people use "blowout" to describe the it. After nearly 60 years of experience, Chinese auto industry has been moved from a poor condition to a large industrial system nowadays. From the only production of heavy trucks to a wide range of automotive products now, the competitiveness of the automotive industry has been rapidly increasing, and the amount of accumulation and the formation of a qualitative development happened in the automobile industry. At the same time, however, resources and environmental problems are more clearly presented to us. The acceleration of resources consumption and environmental pollution have direct or indirect impact on the automotive industry from all aspects, which caused damage to Economic benefits and social benefits, and restricted the development of China's automobile industry.Cleaner production is the world trend of industrial production, which is from the perspective of sustainable development, taking "whole process" and "source reduction" as the core to direct industrial production. It's trying to realize energy saving and emission reduction during producing time and whole cycle, and then realize economic interest of enterprises and environmental. Cleaner production is the only way for the automobile industry to achieve competitiveness in future.The general idea of this paper is to explain the necessity of cleaner production to China's auto industry. And then analyze specific issues, get the conflict, and propose effective countermeasures. ChaptersⅠandⅡdescribes the theory of meaning and purpose of this paper, analyzes the current status of scholars and comes to the combination that competitiveness of the automobile industry and cleaner production are not combined well. From three different points of view, ChapterⅢanalyses the necessity of cleaner production to Chinese automobile industry, and then we will know that cleaner production will enhance the competitiveness of Chinese auto industry. ChapterⅣanchored the life cycle of a car, dividing it into three parts—the production process, using process and the scraping recycling process. Then selected some current situation from each stage and makes comparison with foreign auto industry, from which we will know the problem of Chinese automobile industry, and then analyzes the reason. Chapter V is the conclusions focusing on the last chapter, making strategy. Then finds a solution to the problem from the technical, policy and brands to promote the competitiveness of cleaner production. This paper uses the method of qualitative analysis to analyze China's automobile industry. It's a good way to avoid bias caused by data. In addition, this paper is using graphs, figures and graphics to display the phenomena and problem, combined with comparative analysis, content analysis of anatomy and other methods. This paper argues that Chinese auto industry is still lagging behind (compared to developed countries). We should adopt cleaner production to improve the competitiveness of the automotive industry.
